How to Setup your Android Box or Amazon Firestick
You don't need to use the recommended app suggested in the 'Android Device' guide, there are many out there and those included in app stores such as TiviMate but Smarters is something tested and can do quite a lot with the basic features without requiring premium account. If you've ordered a Formuler device(s), it comes with a very powerful proprietary app called MYTVOnline3 (non-pro versions come with MYTVOnline2) and can skip down to the final steps to add your IPTV account.
Overview
The Amazon Firestick is your best option when you need to be budget concious and get all the same benefits from a device designed to stream content to your TV. Some android boxes are better than others, some can be painstakingly slow so my recommendations for other Android Devices lean towards the higher end stuff.
The guides below are separated by Firestick TV and the standard Android Device. the latter may have slightly different look and feel but should fundamentally be the same steps.
Enable 'Unknown Sources'
If you own a Firestick then the first thing that you need to do is to Enable Unknown Source, it is because by default Amazon has restricted its users from downloading 3rd-party apps.

However, if you are unable to see the Developer Options on your TV then please check these steps:
On your Fire TV, open Settings, Select My Fire TV then Select About.
Highlight the first Name of your Device, Press the Select button from your Remote continuously for 7 times.
When complete you should see a message telling you you’re already a developer.
Go back to My FireTV and then you will see Developer Options there.
Just open that menu and then Turn it on.
Now once you are done with these steps then you have to get the Downloader App which is the most important app to get 3rd-party applications to get the Downloader this is the tutorial that you need to follow: Install Downloader App on Amazon Firestick
Download apps from Amazon App Store
Set up your Firestick by enabling installation from unknown sources (followed from previous steps above)
Press the Home button on the remote to go to the Home screen.
Select the Find tab and choose the Search tile.
Search for the Downloader and choose the Downloader from the suggestion list.
From the Apps & Games section, select the Downloader app.
From the app info page, select the Download or Get button.
After installing the Downloader app, go to the Fire TV Home screen and select the Settings icon.
Choose My Fire TV > Developer Options > Install Unknown Apps.
Turn on the Downloader for installing apps from sources other than the Amazon App Store.
Installing IPTV App via Downloader
Launch Downloader on your device, and then you will be asked for permission to access Media, Files, and Photos, just hit the Allow button.
After that click on the Enter a URL or Search Term, and after that put in this code to get our app: 131389 or this URL: https://go.aftvnews.com/131389 and then hit the Go button.
There is some potential issues with 131389 download .apk, if this applies to you try 239853 version instead.
Once the app is downloaded, you will see the Installation Screen, from here hit the Install button.
Within a few seconds the app will be installed, and then hit Done.
Launching the IPTV App
With the installation complete, its time to launch the app
go back to the Home Screen, and from here hover over the App section located next to the Settings, and under that click My Apps.
From here scroll down and you will find the Xtreme HD icon then hit the Select button to launch the app.
When the app is launched you will be asked to choose the Device, therefore check the Device that you have, and then hit the Save button.
Select TV
Enter the login details that have been provided to you (Username and Password only)
When the user is added you have to hover over the Live TV, Movies, and Series, and after that Hit the Select button to Download its content.
